San Antonio opens a season-long eight game road trip this evening. On Saturday, Tim Duncan had 28 points and 16 rebounds to lead the Spurs to a 102-88 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves at the AT&T Center. Tony Parker scored 25 points and Manu Ginobili returned to action with 14 points for the Spurs, who have won seven of their last eight games overall. The team will hold its annual media day at the Airport Embassy Suites in San Antonio at 11:00 a.m. on October 3 before departing for St. Thomas.
